What gets sent

The work item arrives with the brief already in it.

Sage carries the summary, requester, priority, due date, deliverables, production specs, configured brief sections, and a link back into the new work item.

Where it goes

Save the default project. Choose when to hand off.

Admins can save a default project and destination, so each handoff starts in the right place. A manager or admin sends the ready, assigned brief from Sage.

HAND OFFDefault the destination. Choose when to hand off.

The default is ready when the team clicks Hand off.

After the handoff

Production carries on in the project tool.

Sage keeps the original brief and a link to the work item. Comments, status, and later project updates stay in the destination. A repeat handoff to the same provider reopens the existing item instead of creating a duplicate.
